I ordered these hinges for my dad who lives near the beach. The hinges are extremely heavy duty, the ball bearings make for very smooth operation. I looked at hinges that werenot as nice at a local hardware store and they were in excess of $25. Don't hesitate to order if you are looking for stainless steel, commercial quality hinges!!
