The description reads "This three knuckle hinge is adjustable and the spring tension can be increased or decreased by using the included adjusting tool.". I received this item today and no adjusting tool was included as indicated it would be nor did it come with any instructions on how to adjust these hinges. The picture shown looks nothing like the actual product that I received and I can't help but wonder how you adjust these things.
